This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you visit or make a purchase from www.dancerstrongprograms.com (the "Site"), sign up for our text messaging program, or use our in-studio and online training Services (collectively, the "Services").

SMS / Text Messaging Opt-In with Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™
By submitting your phone number through our website form, intake form, or other signup method, you are opting in to receive SMS text messages from Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™ related to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, promotional offers, and communications about services and products you've purchased. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying **STOP**, and you can reply **HELP** for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

1. Your Agreement with Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™
By using the Site, you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to this Privacy Policy, and to our collection, use, and storage of your information as described here, including storage of your information in the United States. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use the Site or Services.
2. Intended Users
By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for the minor's information and use of the Site. The Site is not directed to children under age 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we've received information from a child under 13, we will delete it from our records.
3. Information We Collect at Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™
a. Personal Information
To use certain features of the Site or Services, you may provide us with information that personally identifies you, including:
1. Your name;
2. Contact data (home or business address, billing address, email address, phone number);
3. Username and password, if you create an account;
4. Birth date;
5. Financial information (such as billing details processed through Stripe);
6. Health and fitness intake information collected through a PAR-Q+ or similar readiness questionnaire, used to assess your fitness readiness and design your program safely;
7. User preferences and any other information you actively provide to us, including through offline contacts such as phone or email.
You are never obligated to provide Personal Information, but doing so may be necessary to access certain features, book sessions, or complete a purchase.
b. Automatically-Collected Information ("Device Information")
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including:
1. IP address;
2. Browser type and internet service provider;
3. Operating system and device type;
4. Referring/exit pages and date/time stamps;
5. The pages you view and how you interact with the Site.
c. Order Information
When you make or attempt to make a purchase through the site owned by Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™, we collect your name, billing/shipping address, payment details (processed through Stripe), email address, and phone number ("Order Information").
Together, Device Information and Order Information (along with Personal Information) are referred to in this Policy as "Personal Information."
4. Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies
We use commonly-used information gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect Automatically-Collected Information.
Cookies are data files placed on your device that often include an anonymous unique identifier. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain to retain your preferences across visits. Log files track actions on the Site and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
Web beacons, tags, and pixels
are electronic files used to record how you browse the Site. This includes our use of the **Meta (Facebook) pixel**, described further below.
Blocking cookies may limit certain features of the Site.
5. How We Use Your Information at Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, schedule, and personalize our training Services;
- Assess your fitness readiness and tailor programming based on your PAR-Q+ / health intake responses;
- Process payments and manage your subscription or purchases through Stripe;
- Fulfill orders, including processing payment and providing confirmations;
- Communicate with you, including appointment reminders and account-related messages;
- Send marketing and promotional messages via email or SMS where you have opted in, and, when in line with your preferences, provide advertising about our services;
- Screen orders for potential risk or fraud;
- Improve and optimize the Site, including generating analytics about how visitors browse and interact with it, and assessing the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising campaigns;
- Comply with legal obligations.
6. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising
We use

We do not currently alter our data collection practices when we detect a "Do Not Track" browser signal.
7. Payment Processing at Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™
Payments made through the Site are processed by our third-party payment processor,
**Stripe**, in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards. We do not directly store your full credit card number. Stripe is not authorized to use your financial information for any purpose other than processing payments on our behalf, and is required to keep it confidential.
8. Health Information (PAR-Q+)
Information collected through your PAR-Q+ or health intake form is used strictly to evaluate your fitness readiness and inform how we design and deliver your training program safely. This information is:
- Accessible only to the trainers and staff directly involved in your program;
- Not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes;
- Retained only as long as necessary to provide you with training Services, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
We are not a healthcare provider, and this information is not protected health information under HIPAA (which generally applies to healthcare providers, health plans, and their business associates). Please see our Terms of Use for our fitness and health disclaimer.
9. Information Shared with Third Parties
Except as described in this Policy, we do not sell, rent, license, trade, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their own promotional purposes. We may share de-identified, aggregated information without restriction. We share information with:

Third-Party Service Providers: Providers who assist with hosting, data storage, scheduling, customer service, SMS/email delivery, and security. These providers may only use your information as directed by us and must keep it confidential.
- Payment Processor: Stripe and related financial institutions, solely to process payments (see Section 7).
- Analytics and Advertising Partners: Google Analytics and Meta, as described in Section 6.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our clients or others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Your information will remain subject to the promises in this Policy unless you consent otherwise; information provided after such a transfer may be subject to a new privacy policy.
We do not share SMS opt-in data or your PAR-Q+/health information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
10. Your Rights and Choices

Access, Correction, and Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 14. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your request, though some residual information may remain in backups or log files as described in Section 11.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying **STOP**, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request deletion, request correction, opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell your personal information), and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Contact us using the information in Section 14 to exercise these rights; we may need to verify your identity first.
11. Data Retention and Storage by Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™
We retain your Order Information and other Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, or unless applicable law requires otherwise. Even after a deletion request, it may be impossible to remove some information, such as data in server log files or backup archives; we may also retain de-identified information for aggregate analysis. Retained or residual information may be used to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect our legal rights, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
12. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Use of any linked site is at your own risk.
13. Security of Information by Align Fitness by Allie LLC, DBA DANCER STRONG™
We maintain generally-accepted administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption during transmission, secure login authentication, and other reasonable security measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and should notify us promptly if you believe your information has been compromised.

15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Changes will be posted here with an updated July 17th, 2026, and significant changes will be communicated to account holders. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
16. Unenforceability
If any part of this Policy is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches its original intent, and the remainder of this Policy will remain in full force and effect.
